
Ingredients
1 skinless chicken breast
1 tsp tandoori powder
1 tbsp 3% fat natural yoghurt
Lemon juice
Method
1. Pre heat the oven at 200c.
2. Mix the tandoori powder and yoghurt with a small amount of lemon juice.
3. Make several cuts across the chicken and spread with the yoghurt mix.
4. Bake in the oven for 20 min until cooked through.
5. Serve.
